“As the author of The Grant Colson Thriller Series and SERA Archives Thriller Series, I appreciate well-designed hotels while traveling, and Hampton Inn & Suites San Diego Airport Liberty Station in Liberty Station is a solid choice. The property has a unique mezzanine-style reception area that gives the entrance a more open and interesting feel compared to a standard hotel layout. There’s also a nice workout room, which is a great bonus if you want to stay active while on the road. The rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is clean and well maintained, making it an easy place to settle in after a day of travel. I’ve also found myself passing through here while working on The Maui Desire Romance Series, where locations like this provide a quieter reset point between busier coastal areas. It’s a good hotel in San Diego with a few design touches that help it stand out from the usual.”
“The service I got from the Spanish man with braces I belive who works the night shift feb9-10 was excellent. The system was down but he was super calm and still checked me in after a few minutes by just getting me in the room and doing my info later. 530 am no breakfast was out so he got me a goody breakfast bag. Super polite with excellent service give him a raise. Willl stay here again”
“A very nice hotel in a really good spot, close to everything without having to pay the ridiculous costs. There's plenty of parking, lots of stuff within walking distance, and a short drive to the Gaslamp quarter and Little Italy. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the staff is very hospitable. Free continental breakfast is always a plus!”
